What is the use case for Push CDN? I've really only heard about Pull CDNs.... Apparently, it must be based on very popular websites or distributions?

CDN are one of my favorite technologies. Thanks for writing this blog. I gained more insight into the different types of CDNs and the DEVops/API usablity and functionality. Short, sweet and informative.
