i'd still use temp without storing, or have an endpoint with websocket solution

classic example of use the best tool, as exciting as mongodb is mysqli powers more than 50% of the web db ,why simple it works well more than mongodb at these instant, remember when u launch a product no user is interested in your backend structure so if it messy and uglier but works keep using , because everybody elses is messy, requirement are bound to change and get messy and worst part product is life . Final advice as @actias pointed out arango is cool , except when it comes to deploying as it new and has teething issues plus edge case bugs and issue u face you would a specialized expert that as of rite only the people who built it , that how the arango guys make money by providing support services when your at a certain threshold this would bite you hard . Choose mysqli ( it has great node support ) it cheap wont cost you 45 dollar ,experts are everywhere.

You task is very broad , what do mean data ,what do you mean by format ,what do you mean by good looking Enough bashing , here what am assuming and how id probably go about , one word PROFILING ,build a profile based on the information the user ( assuming school ,work history .....) to based find the user fall on a spectrum of say highly skilled to low skilled , probabaly use the idm cognitive services to get the problem on the personal essay or letter and identify and eliminate traits or attribute the best and worst suite the the user and finally generate a customized ( ie generic format with some section customized with specific user data) -- realize am very broad - but then again i didnt have a lot to go on :)

of course it achievable , but this no mean feet , project like these the actual programmer would account for probably 50 % of the project success , as it with modern computing system ur biggest hurdle programming wise is converting uploaded video into suitable format to display, other than everything is quite achievable but actual engineering would much harder and also full deployment but nonetheless doable from point But as @emilmoe pointed out you need state clearly what your objective ? seem to broad what are actually building
