András Viszlay are you referring to SFSafariViewController? I am not aware that the WebKit changes introduced in iOS 16.4 extend to SFSafariViewController.

I worked on enterprise apps (uploaded to Apple's AppStore) that offered configuration options through Managed App Config. However, I was not responsible for the upload procedure. But I don't think that during those reviews there were issues / specific requirements raised by Apple for testing those configuration options. As you correctly stated the Managed App Config, essentially a plist, gets deployed through MDM Commands.
