Really nice post - it's very interesting (especially for me, at the very other end of my career to you and retiring after 30+ years working with Oracle tech) to see how someone pretty new to the industry has experienced their time with Oracle - though I think you maybe lucked out being in this particular team, as Jeff & Kris are brilliant :-). You utterly nailed the community aspect of all this and, no matter where you go in the world of IT (or in fact many other arenas, as who knows what you may choose to do or random events take you), community can be so important to enjoying what you do and making the most of it.
