Thanks for the quick response Mario Giambanco . So what i wanted to do is to code that in HTML and CSS. I'm on windows and the SketchApp is not available on Windows. I will be grateful if you could assist. Maybe on Codepen or something would do.

I agree with @Kloe. I remember when i first started blogging (http://techafrikico.com), it was just terrible how my writing skills was as compared to now. I had different thoughts because i don't have any better education background or whatsoever. But deep down, i wanted to start it any ways without always thinking about what people are going to say and though i had my update and downs, it was worth it and i will encourage you to start off right away and you will never regret the decision. Hit me up if you need any help setting up or any other thing at all.
