I limit myself to 3 cups of black coffee a day. On most days, I only drink one strong cup. I think you'll be alright as long as you stay below 2-3 cups a day. Try to drink less sugary drinks like cappuccinos and lattes. Also try not to take caffeine after 5-ish PM. Helps you sleep better. Check out this post for more on this.
