Interesting experiment - thanks for sharing this audit. The multi-document context capability of NotebookLM is a big deal, especially for workflows involving documentation, research, and large coding projects. The ability to pull context across several sources in Google Drive and Docs without constantly re-feeding prompts can definitely improve productivity. I also found your comparison around response speed, memory handling, and workflow efficiency very useful. Running 50+ queries for benchmarking gives much better insight than surface-level comparisons. That said, the Google ecosystem dependency and invite-only access are real trade-offs. For teams already deep in the Google stack though, NotebookLM seems like a strong tool for knowledge management and project documentation workflows.
