hi Andrey, great post thanks for sharing your experience 😊 I just found out about this visa option so I'm in the info gathering phase. I'm a Software dev/consultant (Dynamics 365) and considering moving to the UK with my family. I have 2,5 years of experience (will be 3 when I'd like to submit an application). I can fulfill all the criteria but 1: I only had 1 employer so far so how on earth could I get 3 recommendations from 3 different organizations? 🤔 😏 I can find 3 seniors at 3 different companies because 2 of them changed job but I never worked for those companies (however I worked with those 2 people)
