Thank you for this nice read! All of the points mentioned are important, but I believe that the last one "Work and Life balance" is the most important among them! Many of us indulge in coding for long hours, surrounded by different factors like deadlines, milestones, ..etc, until we lose track of our mental and physical health sometimes!
