Lets say the client wants to change the Paragraph on this page http://bakerpaint.com/demo/home.html How would I go about setting that up without having to use wordpress?

So I'm looking into WYSIWYG https://www.froala.com/wysiwyg-editor/docs/examples/live-content-preview and this could work if I had a "admin" page with the editor, and once adjusted it would reflect onto a seperate "Live" page. Is this possible or make sense?

@Kleo The changes would be so minimal that going Wordpresss seems so overkill. In the days of Flash I would let the client make changes to an XML sheet.. I wish HTML had a similar solution.

I have played with Susy, Bootstrap and bootstrap-sass, foundation, skeleton, UIkit. Every time I revert back to bootstrap, only because I have the grid memorized. That and I am just now getting into SASS and bootstrap SASS is becoming something I am comfortable with. Which is a strong statement because I am a slow learner!

Would it be bad practice to do something like this on a website over a 20 second loop, so it's subtle? Could this be too straining on the browser for a typical user?

I still can't figure out how to set-up Gulp :( I have NPM,Node,Bower installed. I had Gulp installed once I think? I deleted the folder though and yeah. I just can't figure it out. I am only a few months into my webdev path though. I have Koala to minify but I still can figure out SASS and how to make Gulp automate.
