I'm Artem, a backend developer — Java, mostly.
This year I built Mingleego on my own: one AI assistant that works
across a website widget, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Instagram
and Messenger, without writing any code. Finishing it turned out to be
about a third of the work. The rest is a field I knew nothing about and
still mostly don't.
So this is the notebook. Real numbers from a real product, including the
unflattering ones: the month I was proud of traffic that belonged to
somebody else, the ten translations nobody read that we shipped to every
visitor anyway, the landing page whose biggest element took eight
seconds to show up.
If you're a developer who found out that building it was the easy part,
you'll recognise most of this.
