About the Modal, that a nice approach would add that after the submission reviews. Or would it be ok to add it now?

Omar Moustafa off course you/ no one would want to display negative feedbacks on their website which would lead to bad reputation for that specific company. Also, some might use this as a form of sending swear words or obsene speech. That why the application gave users control over their feedbacks and what get displayed on their web application, preventing some misunderstanding against your company / products. Also, in general , this is just an application meant to ease the process of collecting feedbacks and displayig them inform of testimonials within your application. Mean while, I believe your thoughts are right, would take into consideration. 👍
