Hej allihoppa!

My name is Betmig Link. I'm a software developer who just started her latest adventure running a startup in beautiful Växjö, Sweden.

Right now I'm the CEO/VD of MettaBit AB, my consultancy firm, and I am also proudly serving as the Lead Support Engineer at Videate, an innovative AI-centric video production startup headquartered in the USA.

I'm also nearly done with my Computer Science degree from the University of London, and I can't wait to start applying all the cool skills I've learned. At the same time, my work is always driven by my values, and I'm always looking for ways to help and empower others. Right now I'm exploring opportunities to help ordinary people reclaim their security and privacy online.

Previously, I founded and led the Google Developer Student Club at my university to mentor new tech entrepreneurs, and currently I am the lead of Google Developer Groups Växjö. I'm also a proud member of the European Network for AI Safety, dedicated to promoting responsible AI development across the continent.

Before I started my current journey in Computer Science, I studied art at IUESAPAR in Venezuela and nursing at UGTO in Mexico. My diverse experiences have given me valuable insights as I continually seek to fuse creativity and empathy in tech.
