Can I call myself a full stack developer if I handle all aspects of our web app except writing CSS?

Suppose, I handle the following in my company.: Backend Programming UI Engineering Database Server Administration DevOps The only thing that I don't do is Designing and writing CSS. Do I still qualify to be a full stack developer?
