Secondly, you should know that not all fingers are equal and in as much as there are low-budget laptops, not everyone have the opportunity to afford them. I mean, no one likes the embarrassment and stress that comes with having to borrow. When you see stories like this, the best you can do is to at least encourage and not conclude that the resources for low budget ones are available 馃挕鉂わ笍.
