I'm Angelina — a new cybersecurity grad (WGU '25, seven certs) trying to figure out the same thing every new grad is: where the work is that hasn't already been picked over by people with ten years of experience. For me, the answer keeps coming back to AI security. Companies everywhere are rolling out ChatGPT and Copilot without anyone really minding the security side — especially the smaller ones who don't have a dedicated security team.
