Using tale points and converting them to hours does what? Using the backlog, story points, and team velocity, I can determine which sprint to deliver it during. But I won't convert it into a numerical value. In case it matters, I've managed hoodie and waterfall projects for NF 3D Art The Search Tee for over a decade. As long as agile is not being used, I have no problem estimating in time. As long as we use agile methodology, we are using agile methodology.
