Developer Frontend: Javascript | React | Redux - Blockchain | Solidity | Web3
Hi, this David. I'm from Spain and I began to learn coding in the beginning of 2021. My previous background is in the railway industry as mechanical engineer, designing systems and installations for locomotives.
My initial focus as a developer was on Blockchain and learning to code smart contracts on Solidity.
The need to showcase my projects brought me to learn Front-end and made me realize that I also really enjoy this area of software development.
Available to work remotely as Front-end developer (React or similar), Blockchain, or even Fullstack
That's right, thanks to today's frameworks and libraries, 'outsider' developers like me, without a degree on Computer Science, are able to move relatively fast in the learning curve. In a matter of months we become somewhat productive. The price to pay is that we skip a few fundamentals in the process and many times is not that we don't care, we just 'don't know what we don't know'. That is the motivation behind this article, to tell fellow beginning developers about how I encountered an issue that was a couple layers deeper than the problems caused by usual beginner's mistakes.
