I want to create an education app that will be based on gamification. Does anyone know where I can found any tutorial that might help me?

This app should include a ranking system, quizzes, animations. I am not sure what kind of environment that might be suitable to create such a system. Currently, I prefer to work with react native. Do please suggest any thing that might help me.
