I had the opportunity to work on a quite large MVP with React Native and this is great if you already have experience with React, development is fast and with tools like Expo, publishing and deploying your app is very easy. That said, I would personally go with Flutter as it announces a bright future if I had to do it again. I did not use ionic and Cordova stuff too much, but for a little poc I did for school using Cordova, I had a terrible experience and performance were not there.
