Frank Dahlquist’s life has always been defined by challenge and endurance. With more than 20 years in the fire service, he rose through every rank from volunteer firefighter to Fire Chief. He holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Fire Science and is recognized for his expertise in firefighter training, leadership development, and the management of complex operations. Beyond his service, Frank enjoys exploring the outdoors, fly fishing in mountain streams, and embarking on extended camping trips with his wife and family.
