yes. familiarity is the main issue. I've been working with js for a long time. Worked with angular & blaze for couple of my project. Also tweaked with nodejs for several personal project. So instead of spending time with a new one I prefer to go with nodejs to make development faster.

Well its a start up. I dont have that much man power to try different stacks. Thats why I'm looking for a full stack solution

In our office we've built a mid size project with meteor which tends to grow bigger gradually. And we're pretty happy with performance & hope it would scale up.
