Salesforce CTI is especially useful when calls are tightly connected to CRM data. Features like screen pops, click-to-call, automatic call logging, and centralized interaction history can save agents a lot of time and give them better customer context. The bigger benefit is reducing the gap between the phone system and Salesforce. I’d also look at the CTI’s integrations, scalability, reporting, and support for modern calling workflows when choosing a tool. This is a useful comparison: Best Salesforce CTI Tools for Integration.

Great insights! I especially liked the focus on automation improving customer service rather than replacing the human touch. In my experience, the biggest impact comes when automation handles repetitive tasks so agents can spend more time solving complex customer issues. When paired with Salesforce Service Cloud and well-designed workflows, it can significantly improve both response times and the overall customer experience. Thanks for sharing!

Nice article! I really liked your point that AI is changing customer service expectations, not just making existing processes faster. From what I've seen, the biggest wins come when companies combine AI with clean data, smart automation, and a well-planned Service Cloud setup. AI is powerful, but it's the underlying CRM strategy that really determines how much value you get from it. Thanks for sharing your perspective—looking forward to reading more from you!
