I still use it from time to time when I need to throw together a really quick prototype that involves interaction. While I prefer React, it's easier to get up and running by just including the Google CDN hosted library. I also still use it for Wordpress sites since almost every plugin includes it anyway.

Harry is the man. Been following him for quite some time now. Definitely at the top of the food chain when it comes to CSS.
