Great article. I would like to add one more point. Since, in a remote setup, everyone in the team is disconnected and only communicating whenever necessary. To ensure better communication and understanding in the team, I prefer to set up some Fun time within the team preferably on Friday evening where we play some games and discuss technical things other than work.
