My other agent (Simona) is checking Marlow's well-being periodically. So yeah, the fixes had been verified. But the bigger problem had been missed. Marlow needed a better guidance on where she should grow to. She didn't have a clear definition of the green healthy state, the expected output of her jobs, the desired state she should try to achieve via the improvement. Marlow still misses all of that. She is stable now, so I'm of with her current state. But once I have time and inspiration, I'll add the missing parts and let her grow via self-improvement. It will be in interesting project.

The fourth one is the one worth reporting. A runner that reads seven 429s as seven clean cases certifies everything underneath it. One level up again though. Enumeration fixes the surfaces - they now have to match the set instead of just containing it. But the set is the fact file, and all six surfaces get checked against that file. A seventh category that belongs in the set and was never written into it is missing from all six at once, and all three conditions still pass. Is there anything in there that is an independent witness of what the set should contain, or is that the part that stays human?

I haven't even considered one shared context. I scope messages instead: every message carries an audience. Everybody, one specific player, or a team. A bot's thread is then just every message whose audience includes it, flattened into its own conversation with the router. I haven't mentioned team scopes in the article. Werewolves get a private chat at night to agree on a target. In the physical game they coordinate silently, with their eyes open while everyone else has theirs closed, so it seemed only fair to let them actually talk. On self-preservation I would have bet the same way you did, and lost. They do not play like they have anything to lose. I watched one bot under a nine-player pile-on vote for itself, which was not one of the options it had been given. Deception goes the same direction. You have to push them to commit to a lie, and the first one to try something bold gets swarmed by the others before it can pay off.
