Where is a good place to start understanding the fundamentals of functional programming, so people like me can more easily and quickly migrate to Ramda?

Why isn't Mithril.JS as lively as it should (IMO) be in the JS ecosystem?

From my experience, Mithril brings to the table everything that React does, but with better performance and higher browser support. Why is it such in the dark?
