Hi Sarah, I've tried Johnny-five myself. And it's quite easy to setup. What display counter do you need? what kind of hardware do you want to use (LCD/LED matrix). I'm sure if you put another detail on your question many people would like to help.

Right now It's just reaallly simple led blinking (not even rgb yet)

If you want to read some book instead I'll recommend this two books Javascript Robotics Learning Javascript Robotics I never read the second one, but both heavily talking about Johnny-five library. On the book I read, it has detailed step to program and to setup hardware (and even it gives example on creating robot on a budget . Yeah really, you can make one out of a corflute board). And I know Deltabot mechanism from this book.

I think I have this problem before. Instead of asking the boss to use GIT, I provoke my peer to see the capability of GIT. Not everyone would take my demonstration of GIT as advantage (or whether he just don't want to learn new thing), but now only one don't use GIT. And in the end it's company rules to use GIT and he had to use GIT anyway :)
