Hi It really depends on what kind of problem you want to solve , because MATLAB is equally good , but from personal research and reading here and there Python is a way to go , take a look at Tensorflow : It was originally developed by researchers and engineers working on the Google Brain Team within Google's Machine Intelligence research organization for the purposes of conducting machine learning and deep neural networks research.
