About
A professional backend engineer with full-stack experience. Looking to continually improve the quality of people's lives by leveraging computing technology.
I began my journey into the world of tech in the late months of 2017, just after I graduated from the university. Since then till now, I have worked in a number of places, with different people, as a freelancer and as a member of an organization, single-handedly on projects and in teams, building from scratch and taking on legacy projects. I have also learned a lot since that time, not just about software engineering or web development, but also about Computer Science itself.
Below, I will list some of the impressive projects I have worked on and some other career highlights:
Worked with a team of engineers to deliver a fully functional enterprise management system for Standard Life Organization. I worked on the backend of this project and was working at ITSkillsCenter at the time.
Worked on the backend of a product named PlaX, which is a benefits administration platform. It is being used by the World Bank, the Bank of Industry, and Nigerian State Governments to give relief funds to small and medium-scale businesses.
Worked on a product named ARCP, which is a government project targeted at providing education for at-risk children, most notably, the children currently being displaced by the Boko Haram activities in Borno State.
Worked as the Engineering Manager of Q-Project Technologies, overseeing a team of over 15 engineers, working on multiple products simultaneously.
Served as the Chief Executive Officer of QLAB Technologies - a subsidiary of Q-Project Technologies.
