Hey Kent, What do you think is the most important skill/concept/mindset for junior developers (front-end or back-end) to attain to take the next step in their development careers?

I saw semi standard referenced in their docs. What is it all about? Just a lighter version?

ya i can see why the lack of configuration files could be seen as a plus in anyone's project. Good point. I think I'm going to roll a project with it and see how it goes. Thanks for replying!
