Arrogance is the number one problem I see. So many developers think they are the smartest and know how to do something better than other devs. The most I've ever felt condescended were various times in interviews with different companies. No one wants to collaborate with developers they don't know or trust. The reality is none of us know it all and were are in an ever-changing career so keeping an attitude of humility is key. Otherwise like others have mentioned we will stop learning.
