I bring 13+ years in enterprise software engineering and 7+ years architecting and delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Automation, and Agentic Automation - including 2+ years embedded with UiPath (via WonderBotz), first as a UiPath Technical Account Manager and now as a Solution Architect in UiPath's Centre of Excellence (CoE). What I do: • Build AI agents and agentic workflows using UiPath Agents and UiPath Coded Apps / Coded Agents, integrating LLMs via OpenAI, LangGraph, and LangChain - with human-in-the-loop where it matters. • Design end-to-end automation solutions on UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding/IXP, Test Suite), combining attended/unattended RPA with API-based automation and system integration. • Build UiPath Coded Apps and RPA processes using AI coding agents (Claude Code), accelerating delivery of production-grade automation. • Researched and established a "ways of working" framework for AI-assisted development, defining the practices, guardrails, and standards for adopting coding agents across the team. • Modernize existing RPA estates into governed, agentic workflows, so transformation is both fast and safe. • Stand up and run Automation Centers of Excellence (CoE): governance, reusable components, and delivery standards. • Apply solid engineering foundations - C#, VB.Net, .NET, Azure, Azure DevOps, REST APIs — and use AI-assisted development tooling (including Claude Code and Model Context Protocol) to accelerate delivery. Selected outcomes: • Reduced average handling time by up to 90% using UiPath and intelligent document processing. • Delivered 40+ automations across multiple programmes, cutting process times from ~30 minutes to ~3 minutes in several implementations. • Led automation delivery for Fortune 500 clients and enabled CoE governance at scale.
