I'm a system engineer and software developer from Slovakia. I got into this job after studying. I graduated in management, so I amn't doing what I graduated from, but after studies I have got the opportunity to go to Germany and Poland to migrate network switches from old to new ones and this time I learned a lot about networking. I was on a project for three months. When the project was done, I got a new job as a network administrator for a local ISP provider. Within this job I started to work with Linux and a lot of services running on them and of course, there were a lot of network tasks. In this position I worked for two years and then I came back to my first employer, where I'm till the present. Now I'm working as a System Engineer and Software Developer where I develop internal systems mainly in the PHP framework CodeIgniter4 and maintain network and cloud solutions.
