I always set my sights on action. "What can we do?" This is the question I start every day, conversation, and meeting with.
From the start of my career, I have built my foundations on my love for the people around me, my conviction to the success of my team, and my ability to listen. I have been able to drive my passion for the success of my users because I genuinely care about their quality of life improvement and an experience that delights. The best way that I've found to solve problems is to truly relate the people you are serving, and the best way I've found to do this is to (sometimes literally) walk in their shoes. I'd love to share some of the fun and unique ways in which I've done this!
I am currently working with SailPoint, building our Developer Relations program and working to improve our developer experience. SailPoint has recently brought the extensibility of our platform to the forefront, and with that comes a newfound focus on developers and the value of their experience on our products.
