Sourav Kumar I think I got it working by switching ti pytorch 2.1.2, torchvision 0.16.2, cu121 based on a nvidia/cuda:12.4.1-base-ubuntu22.04

The Dockerfiles fail to build because of the double \ and <> around urls. The cuda image fails to build because of some package requirements failing
