Hi, I’m Sivasankari, a Cloud & DevOps Consultant with 4.9+ years of hands-on industry experience across Singapore and India. I’ve worked in real production environments covering system engineering, cloud operations, and enterprise IT support, where uptime, security, and compliance truly matter. My experience includes working with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Office 365, SharePoint, SCCM, and monitoring and ITSM tools like ServiceNow and PRTG. At First Abu Dhabi Bank (Singapore), I was part of the core IT support team, handling user administration, patch management, server health checks, firewall monitoring, and supporting critical banking applications such as T24 and Swift Alliance, while consistently meeting 100% SLA targets. Today, I focus on mentoring students and IT professionals who want to transition into Cloud and DevOps or strengthen their practical skills.
