I started my career as a web developer in the year 2000 with Classic ASP with Access as the database (yes that really was a thing). Over the years I have taught myself HTML, CSS, Javascript, and most importantly, PHP (with MySQL). I'm more of a backend developer these days and mostly use CodeIgniter or WordPress.

Always keen to learn, I've taught myself some Laravel, and a little bit of AngularJS (v1). I want to expand my Laravel skillset as it's been a while plus learn ReactJS. My dream is to be a developer who writes beautiful, functional, and logical code in a diverse range of languages. I'll get there one step at a time :)
