Phew! That was a long one. Of course, using TS is a tradeoff. When working solo, I always go full JS. As you said, in teams, or large projects, it's another story. I believe that TS Code seems Javaish and it kinda discourages a lot of people. But the advantages are really to consider. By the way, most of your images are broken. ¡Saludos!
