We don't deploy in the following time: Friday Afternoon. No one present to fix emergency bugs. At the end of the working day. Not as bad as Friday evening, but generally team will not be present for at least 12 hours in case something goes wrong. Monday Morning! Too less time time to prepare deployment properly.

I should mention here that Ionic is hybrid i.e. uses web views whereas React Native uses the native views which means superior performance. I think that's why the OP is confused.
