Just trying to be curious here. Have you ever met a blind developer? How do they code?

Why do you think Enterprises treat developers as second class citizens?

I was reading this article and thought to share it here. Most of us here would agree that big Enterprises don't value software developers too much. What's your opinion on this and how can we change it?
