I don't see the advantage of having many different js package managers in a project, so I am fine with 'standarizing' the usage of only one. I am the author of bootstrap-colorpicker and I find too much having to publish it in bower, npm and composer... I wish we had an universal package manager for git based projects regardless of the language.
