However, I am confused when you say about zipUrl: "zipUrl": "[uri(parameters('_artifactsLocation'), concat('artifacts/webapi.zip', parameters('_artifactsLocationSasToken')))]" Where exactly this line should go and in which template; mainTemplate or other templates.
