For some time i wanted to start my own hacklab - code camp in my city since there are none. There were always challenges as to how do i get a place for the hacklab, how do i get people to sing up, etc. So my questions are : What were the biggest issues you had in making FCC and maintaining it ? Do you think it's better to have a subscription based membership or donation based (for Hacklab) ?
