Yes... You can just go into the web console, click on the environment, and then use the "Delete" function in the "Actions" tab to remove it. Then you would just remove any corresponding on-disk files (if necessary).

Is it possible that you can try on a Windows system other than Windows Server 2008? In the meantime, we'll try and see if we can reproduce the issue. Tracking the issue here: https://github.com/openziti/zrok/issues/370
