I appreciate the kind words. What brought you to consider this book? What was off-putting about the author (it's been a while since I read it so don't remember the tone well).

This is the journey I've gone through the past few days. I knew I wanted to be focused on content rather than setting up a site but I also didn't wanna be locked into something where the content may be hard to get out later.

Graphic design is such an awesome skill. As a webdev I often wish I could easily make beautiful mockups of what I'm imagining. I've played around with tools like figma and whimsical but never quite got good enough to create compelling mockups.
