This is good news but I would prefer to buy an apartment and work remotely rather than going to coworking spaces. I found a few decent priced homes here in London and I'm saving money for buying one of them. Remote working will be more popular in the next few years.

I think that Google maps are much preferable than Mapbox. Most websites use Google maps and my favorite real estate website 1newhomes uses them too. User interface is a very important thing and the right map could change the experience.

Low budget is always a challenge for developers.
