Well said Sumudu! Having daily goals or a life's purpose(This is the best IMHO) is a crucial factor to maintaining focus over time. When you wake up, if you know what you must do today to take a step closer to that purpose, then everything else becomes easy. Meditation cuts off the noise in our minds. Settles the dust so we can see clearly, become mindful. When done properly, this is a superpower unlocked. :)
