About Me

I am Samuel Akinbode, a seasoned Product Manager with four years of professional experience encompassing Product Management, Product Ownership, Software Engineering, data analysis, and community management. I excel at understanding client needs, simplifying complex technical concepts, and communicating them effectively to diverse audiences. My ability to manage time efficiently and lead cross-functional teams ensures the achievement of business goals in fast-paced, evolving environments.

With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Startup principles, I am proficient in using a variety of product management tools such as Jira, Asana, and ProductBoard. My technical skills include expertise in JavaScript, Solidity, and TypeScript, as well as blockchain development and usability testing.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led significant projects, such as the development of Ape Accelerator with the BAYC team, resulting in over 11 million users and $2 billion in NFTs trading volume. I have also spearheaded the launch of Africa’s First AI mental health platform and significantly improved user engagement and revenue for the Remitano mobile app.

My background in software engineering, with hands-on experience in integrating RESTful APIs and developing Web3 templates, complements my product management expertise.
