True, but then it all depends on what arguments you bring. No company wants to keep someone who is not motivated to work... In my experience - and i had alot of jobs that i quit - taking the honest approach always works best... even if that means you've got to sit through cancelation period...

The answer is easy - just honestly quit. You don't have to justify or search for some reason to get fired.

I mainly train on the job - Luckily there is always a new project at work where i have to learn new stuff. I try to spend 1hour of my work time learning new stuff depending on my workload that day. I watch training Videos during commuting. I go monthly to Developer Meet Ups
